Domestic group sales manager
as a key player in the hospitality industry, we are seeking a highly skilled domestic group sales manager to develop and execute national mice & groups sales strategies to drive revenue across the domestic market.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute national mice & groups sales strategies to drive revenue across the domestic market.
* grow and manage key client accounts, focusing on corporate, government, pco, and association segments.
* lead proactive business development through outbound sales, lead generation, and high-impact proposals.
* collaborate with hotel and revenue teams to optimize occupancy, adr, and revenue.
* represent our organization at trade shows and industry events to elevate brand presence and convert leads.
* maintain accurate crm records and provide timely reporting on sales performance.
* conduct client reviews and site visits to build strong relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
requirements:
* a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in group sales, preferably in hotel or event management industry.
* proven success in achieving group sales targets, with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* proficiency in crm systems and microsoft office, with strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and market dynamics.
* self-motivation and a proactive approach, with a willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
