in this role, you\'ll lead the evolution of our latam-based services teams on a "full value chain" capacity (advise, implement & operate – ps\'s), accelerating our customers\' time to value and becoming obsessed with delivering customer outcomes. Reporting to the global coe head, you\'ll be an active customer success evangelist and the accountable leader for all aspects of our professional services practice, including services account expansion, delivery, and operations.

experience & requirements:

* proven direct experience building a professional services practice in an enterprise setting, generating revenues of $30m+.
* enterprise client experience and network, having led projects and service delivery units with local and global aaa clients (such as: femsa, cemex, banorte, liverpool, bimbo, grupo méxico, etc.).
* strong cultural fit with our company\'s values and objectives.
* stable and continuous past employment tenures.
* clear and objective understanding to grasp the business needs of our clients and prospects, demonstrating sensitivity and empathy to their business objectives and challenges.
* flexibility to adapt to the timelines of our clients and prospects.
