Professional responsible for developing strategies and leading the quotation process for spare parts, wear parts, and u&r in accordance with corporate guidelines, as well as serving as the technical provider for the procurement area during the costing and price agreement negotiation process.
your responsibilities
• establish and develop strategies that enable the achievement of the department's objectives.
• define strategic and operational goals aligned with corporate directives.
• identify and organize the resources required for the costing and quotation issuance process.
• ensure proper information flow regarding quotation status and business results to both external and internal clients.
• guarantee active collaboration with the sales team to correctly identify customer needs.
• coordinate and hold periodic meetings with clients to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities in service delivery.
• set priorities during the costing process and quotation issuance for spare and wear parts.
• monitor the continuous updating of information required for quotation issuance in the erp system.
• ensure administrative support for the collection of overdue accounts.
• oversee tasks related to the selection, hiring, and training of team members.
• foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement activities that enhance process efficiency and productivity.
• ensure the proper training process for new team members.
• promote a culture of safety and self-care at the personal, team, and company levels, engaging stakeholders who may be impacted by our activities, complying with established standards, policies, and requirements; actively participating in activities within the annual hseqa plans and programs; reporting any incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, or conditions that occur; and, when required, ensuring active participation in investigations.

education qualification
mechanical, industrial, or commercial engineer.
experience
at least 4 years of experience managing areas related to production planning/control or manufacturing processes, procurement, or sales.
experience in areas related to customer service
