we're looking for a business development representative to join our growing team and help drive new business opportunities.
in this role, you will play a key part in building our sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, and using data insights to improve outreach strategies and lead generation efforts.
what you'll do -identify and research potential clients in target markets -conduct outbound prospecting through email, calls, and linkedin outreach-qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify new opportunities -schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
-use crm and sales tools to track prospecting activity and pipeline data-analyze outreach performance and use data insights to optimize prospecting strategies.
-collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
what we're looking for -1 year of proven experience conducting outbound prospecting through email, calls, and linkedin outreach-qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify new opportunities.
must -strong interest in technology sales and data-driven decision making-excellent communication and interpersonal skills-highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
-comfortable working with crm platforms and sales analytics tools (salesforce, hubspot, etc. are a plus).
-english full competency: upper b2-c1 level.
must -availability to work in our querétaro office or in our tepatitlán, jalisco office.
-must be able to work legally in mx.
