overview:
drive the growth, profitability and positioning of a toy portfolio in the mexican market by developing and executing brand strategies. Ensure alignment with global guidelines and maximize consumer engagement through innovative activations.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement brand strategies, annual plans and marketing calendars to achieve revenue and profit targets.
* manage product lifecycle, including launches, promotions and phase-out strategies.
* lead consumer insights analysis and translate findings into actionable marketing and sales initiatives.
* partner with sales teams to optimize portfolio assortment, pricing and promotional strategies across modern and traditional trade.
* collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency and local market adaptation.
qualifications and skills:
* education: bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field (mba preferred).
* experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within toys, entertainment or cpg.
* key qualifications: strong track record in managing brands across multiple retail channels, experience with p&l responsibility and financial acumen.
* language skills: bilingual: english and spanish, fluent in both oral and written communication.
