*gordian staffing, a new way of hr.*founded in *, gordian staffing helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the united states and canada with specialized services and provides high-quality people solutions remotely.our headquarters are in omaha, nebraska.abroad, we have offices in guadalajara and mexico city.- we are looking for a _*client services assistant*_ _to support the following activities._- act as an expert on staffing and requisition processes.- accurately update hubspot during the requisition process (rtm status and other information).- send requisition forms.- receive summaries from the recruiting team and send them to the clients.- schedule and attend orientation calls, onboarding, and handoff calls.- communicate with the client service department to notify them of any issues.- help to coordinate coverage for all client meetings.- create and manage client numbers.- keep hubspot updated with relevant information, including contacts, companies, holidays, requisitions, deal follow-ups, and terminations.- review and assign tasks in the client care inbox.*work schedule*:- monday to friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m._this is a remote position, with the need for availability and flexibility to travel to guadalajara as required.*we offer*:- competitive salary (according to experience)- law benefits- remote work- work stability- computer equipment- major medical insurance- christmas bonus of 30 days (aguinaldo)- after the 3-month fixed-term contract, we add the following:_- minor medical insurance (clinic may vary according to your city)- food vouchers (10% of the gross salary)- restaurant tickets (2,015 mxn pesos)- saving fund (8% of the gross salary)*minimum requirements*must: advanced english (strong communication skills: writing and speaking).*- solid customer service skills.- available to travel to gdl office when required.- strong computer skills.- effective communication in writing and speaking.- organized.*skills*- independent worker- effective communication- empathetic- good listener- assertive- leadership- comfortable with change*salary*: from $20,* per monthapplication question(s):- what is your english level?- where are you located?- would you be available to travel to the offices in guadalajara when required?- what was your last salary?(please specify gross or net)- what is your salary expectation?(please specify gross or net)- do you have experience communicating with clients from the us?Work location: in person
