Job Opportunity: Collections. On site only.
Responsibilities:
- Handle past due accounts via phone (outbound)
- Perform extensive customer verification processes
- Efficiently navigate system tooling
Requirements:
- Advanced english level (verbal and written)
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Collections experience mandatory (at least 8 months)
- Lasted at least 1 year in one of your last 3 jobs
- Computer skills
- English only resumes
