Content & growth lead — founder brand + real estate media engine (remote)

about us

fox real estate is at the forefront of bringing hospitality to residential real estate. We operate $250m+ in assets and 675+ units across acquisitions, asset management, and property turnarounds. We're tech-savvy, non-traditional, and not interested in doing things the way they've always been done.

we work hard. We move fast. What others call "crazy" is just how we lead the market.

the role

we need a content operator. Someone who can take what we already produce and turn it into a daily, high-volume distribution machine — across the founder's personal brand (pj goupil) and the fox real estate brand.

current output: ~3 pieces/week. Target: 5–10 pieces/day across every relevant platform.

we already have a small internal production setup — a creative director, a video editor, a marketing coordinator. You'll inherit this team and the systems we've built. Your job is to scale it.

this is not a marketing job. This is not a social media manager job. This is a hands-on growth operator role for someone who lives and breathes content distribution.

what you own

you will own the growth of two accounts: pj goupil's personal brand and the fox real estate brand. You'll be running them across linkedin, instagram, tiktok, youtube (shorts and long-form), x, and facebook where it makes sense.

day to day, you'll build and run a content pipeline that produces 5 to 10 posts per day. Every long-form video we record becomes 30 or more short-form variations under your direction. You own the hook testing, the posting cadence, and the editor bench. You'll continuously test formats, captions, and angles to maximize reach, and you'll track performance weekly across follower growth, engagement, reach, and inbound leads or opportunities.

you need to bring

you've personally helped scale at least one account by 5x or more in 12 months. We don't care if it was your own, a creator's, a founder's, or a brand's. You'll need to show us proof.

you've managed editors or content producers in a fast-paced environment. You think in hooks, not posts. You can pull 20 to 40 short-form ideas out of one hour of long-form content without breaking a sweat. You're fluent on at least four platforms from linkedin, instagram, tiktok, youtube, and x. Your written english is strong.

you're based somewhere that lets you overlap with us eastern time. Latam is strongly preferred. Mexico city, buenos aires, and medellín are ideal.

we use clickup, slack, whatsapp, and google workspace day to day. You bring or build whatever editing and scheduling stack you need.

how we'll measure success

we'll know you're winning when we're posting consistently every single day on every platform, when followers and engagement are growing fast, when long-form content is being repurposed at scale without bottlenecks, and when we start seeing measurable inbound interest from deals, partners, and talent. The biggest signal is that the system runs without depending on you to execute every step.

what's in it for you

you'll have direct access to the founder. No middle layer, no committee, no waiting weeks for a decision. You'll have a real budget to hire editors and bring in tools as you need them. Performance bonuses are tied to growth milestones once we set baselines. This is a long-term role with room to expand responsibility as we grow.

if you need hand-holding, a detailed task list before you start, or prefer a 9-to-5 with predictable days, this is not the right fit. We move fast, we test constantly, we publish daily, and we iterate based on what the data says, not what feels safe. We're looking for someone who is energized by that pace, not drained by it.
