* manage overall portfolio budget bu stakeholder engagement and ltp effectively.

* oversee delivery of internal projects encompassing large scale and complex projects spanning single or multiple regions presenting a high level of associated risk.
* ensure consistent financial management, meeting approved budgets and providing dependable financial forecasts to management.
* maintain and nurture relationships with upper-level stakeholders effectively.
* provide recommendations/consultation to management on areas of sdlc and process improvements.
* coordinate between product management who define requirements and engineering who are responsible for implementation efficiently.
* develop end-to-end project plans estimations specifications and presentations professionally.
* lead and manage multiple projects by handling scope cost quality communication root cause analysis and escalation management.
