customer support engineer (contract, remote)in this role, you will provide technical and billing support, address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a top-notch customer experience.
work environment:
- part-time work-from-home position
- flexible hours but requires some work on weekends
- between 10-20 hours per week initially, could lead to full-time.

- help event producers set up events and ticket sales
*requirements*:
- strong analytical and communication skills.
- ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- experience with customer service software and crm systems.
- prior customer service or data analysis experience preferred.
technical requirements:
- tech-savvy with experience supporting end users and event producers.
- familiarity with remote connectivity platforms like google meet and zoom.
- must have your own computer
- reliable internet with a hardwired connection (ethernet) is preferred.
