JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sales Coordinator-Select Service Hotels
Broad Objectives:

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the full sales process while working side-by-side with the Director of Sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on details, enjoys supporting a fast-paced team, and wants to develop the skills and knowledge needed to grow within sales and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage all group profiles in FOSSE.
- Input rooming lists and set up group master accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate and distribute group reservation links (Res-Links)
- Prepare detailed group resumes and banquet event orders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Review group pick-up reports, monitor cut-off dates, and proactively follow up with clients via email.
- Enter actual group pick-up details into CRM systems.
- Upload and maintain all signed contracts within CRM for accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Conduct internet research and prospecting to identify potential new group business opportunities.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hotel experience. Marriott experience is preferred but not required.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Base Pay: $275,550.00 - $330,660.00 per year
