main duties and responsibilities:
* work with a technical sales team to onboard new customer accounts, and guide customers
through our process.
* develop meaningful business relationships through networking.
* provide top quality customer service.
* develop proficiency in our products and software.
* work with a technical team to generate quotes and solutions for clients.
* translate technical terms into nontechnical language when dealing with clients.
* research and recommend solutions to technical client issues using problem solving,
critical-thinking and presentation skills.
* other duties as assigned.
qualifications:
* proven experience in a technical sales or customer support role, preferably within the technology or payment industries.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, non-technical terms.
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* proficiency in crm software and microsoft office suite.
* fluency in both spanish and english, with strong written and verbal communication
abilities.
* problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
* basic understanding of networking and software systems is an asset.
