* create detailed source-to-target mapping documentation for data migration
* update and manage jira workflows to ensure project transparency
* validate migration results to confirm data accuracy and consistency
* collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve data issues
* communicate progress and challenges clearly with clients and team members
requirements
* proven experience in business analysis with at least 3 years in bi analysis
* demonstrated ability to document business analysis artifacts such as requirements and tasks
* advanced proficiency in sql for querying and validating data
* experience with jira for managing tasks and documentation
* strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and requirements
* excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and technical teams
* english language proficiency at b2 level or higher
