they are seeking a motivated inside sales manager to assist in their exploding real estate business. You will be the air-traffic controller of their sales team. The inside sales manager helps discern which opportunities have the most potential for revenue, prioritizes which leads to call first, and supports our acquisition managers with strategies to pursue the most profitable resolution. You will be a part of a small franchise community of investors that are all supporting and helping one another to become better leaders.
*responsibilities*:
rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in their crm pipeline
develop business opportunity within specific geographies served by their team
achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads). No cold calling.
Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments, complete contracts and attend closings and inspections as needed.
