You will own a portfolio of law firm clients, think strategically about their growth, and stay ahead of a search landscape that is changing faster than ever. responsibilities
* own monthly reporting, performance analysis, and data qa across your client portfolio
* develop monthly and quarterly task plans based on what the data uncovers
* conduct keyword research, content planning, and write all content briefs for new pages and rewrites
* plan and manage link-building initiatives
* execute technical seo tasks, including schema, site audits, gbp optimizations, and on-page updates
* monitor and report on ai overviews, llm traffic, and client visibility in ai-driven search results
* communicate seo performance and strategy clearly to clients and internal teams on status calls and in written reviews
* stay current on google updates, ai search developments, and evolving best practices, and actively keep your team informed
* manage reactive client issues as they arise
requirements
* 5+ years of seo experience in an agency setting, managing multiple clients simultaneously
* experience with legal seo required
* strong command of on-page and off-page tactics, technical seo, site architecture, and content strategy
* working knowledge of google search console, ga4, semrush, screaming frog, ahrefs or majestic, authority labs, local falcon, and similar tools
* strong understanding of ai overviews, generative engine optimization, and llm visibility, with a demonstrated commitment to staying current in this space
* comfortable presenting to clients and explaining technical concepts in plain language
* self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts in a fully remote environment
* fluent english required, written and spoken
