The 3p carrier transportation team is looking for an experienced program manager iii with experience in online, e-commerce logistics or fulfillment. You will be responsible for designing, launching, and driving adoption of new transportation and fulfillment initiatives that shape the future of the customer experience for 3p carriers transportation services on amazon. This position includes working extensively with third-party carrier stakeholders to enable and deliver the most scalable, flexible and reliable logistics solutions. A successful candidate will set work with 3p carriers, product teams, program teams, country leadership teams, finance teams, legal teams and internal stakeholders across the world to provide e2e scalable solutions to complex business logistics needs through strategic carrier partners to deliver improved delivery experience for customers. Candidates will have an established background in transportation, program management, excellent communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

5. benchmark to have the best process and services for internal and external customers.
basic qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- knowledge of excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/if formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- bachelor's degree
- +4 years experience in logistics (management, operations, contracts, procurement)
- english proficiency
preferred qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- master's degree, or mba in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
