Channel Partner Development Manager
The primary goal of this role is to foster strategic partnerships with key channel players, driving growth and revenue through effective account management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize high-value relationships that will drive increased pipeline and bookings for D5 solutions.
- Ensure seamless co-selling motions with the direct sales force, guaranteeing timely and effective collaboration.
- Establish a strong presence as the point person for day-to-day account management inquiries and performance concerns, building customer loyalty and ensuring ongoing enablement of our solutions.
- Model exceptional partner account management, delivering sales and service excellence that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Drive the growth and development of mutually beneficial working relationships with account teams and key internal partners, leveraging expertise from other teams to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in building alliance partner programs within software markets, preferably AEC.
- A proven track record of exceeding business development and booking goals.
- Experience managing end-to-end partner enablement plans, including business development and technical product training/knowledge transfer.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal direct sales & marketing team and product team in successful deal closure.
- Ability to develop a quantifiable business case with partners, establishing a strong mutually beneficial partnership.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives and owners within the partner community.
- Exceptional listening and empathy skills to understand partner needs and perspectives.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
