At palm era, we are seeking a sales development representative (sdr) who is fully bilingual (english/spanish), proactive, and has proven experience in the tech industry.

this role is focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the b2b sector, managing prospects, and supporting the sales team in pipeline generation.

responsibilities

generate qualified leads for the sales team in latin america and international markets through both outbound and inbound prospecting.follow up and support the execution of marketing programs: webinars, email campaigns, and digital campaigns.conduct online research on target companies and key decision-makers within the defined region.initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and linkedin to identify opportunities and schedule meetings.assist the team in organizing and executing marketing and sales events.manage the crm (salesforce or others), administrative activities, and maintain the leads database.participate in regular follow-up meetings with the marketing and sales teams.stay up to date on trends, tools, and best practices in b2b sales and technology.this is a full-time position within the agency. Skills:

required

full professional proficiency in both english and spanish, verbal and written, is a must.proven knowledge of the tech industry and b2b sales.ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with potential clients, building strong relationships and generating interest in products/services.strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to secure meetings and advance opportunities.results-oriented mindset, resilience, and focus on achieving pipeline generation targets.ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize activities, and meet established deadlines.strong research skills and ability to analyze the market and competition to identify new trends and opportunities. Required experience:

3+ years of experience in sdr, bdr, tech sales, or similar roles, preferably in tech companies, saas, or digital agencies.previous experience managing accounts or clients in the tech industry.experience working at advertising or digital agencies is a plus.advanced crm (salesforce, hubspot, or similar) and sales automation tools skills.effective communication in english/spanish is essential.
