we seek a seasoned hr business partner to drive organizational success through people-centric strategies. This role involves tackling complex challenges, influencing business outcomes, and collaborating directly with leaders.
the successful candidate will lead and implement talent strategies, advise on hr policies, and deliver impactful solutions across recruitment, performance management, succession planning, compensation, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and retention.
