to provide quality support to cs americas plants and be the liaison with our customer yazaki (not excluded to support other customers) to carry out a direct relationship with the customer and grant him a better and faster service.
your role
your role (i.e. Key job responsibilities):
* aptiv customer support engineer representative to lear
* analyze quality issues at customer location before these hits aptiv scorecard
* response quality complaints reported on the customer portal (sqts)
* follow up quality alerts previously submitted by our manufacturing plants
your required background
your required background (i.e. Must haves):
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
* bilingual, spanish & english (fluid), excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
your preferred background
your preferred background (i.e. Nice to haves):
* experience in the automotive industry, preferably in quality areas
* demonstrated proficiency in microsoft office (word, project, excel, outlook, teams, etc.)
* strong results orientation and execution skills
* resourceful, innovative, and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
* ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
* strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage conflicting tasks, make sound decisions, and solve problems independently
