functional responsabilities
1. administration of the survey instrument (methodology) to measure the customer satisfaction according to iso requirements.
analysis of the information and data obtained and
preparation of results of presentations.
2. direct sales incentivization:
coordinate customer contact activities, as defined by customer service management, to build relationships that drive sales.
design and coordinate customer attraction and retention strategies, focusing on maintaining and expanding the active customer base.
3. support for direct sales efforts:
generate resources (strategies, tools, catalogs, information, etc.) derived from identified market needs to support the commercial department's activities.
strengthening brand communication and positioning:
develop brand positioning strategies (creation, development, strengthening, and maintenance) based on corporate brand guidelines and specific business needs, ensuring it acts as a "silent sales” brand and effectively supports commercial efforts.
4. management of promotional products and sales tools, maintaining appropriate inventory levels in accordance with department objectives.
5. manage supplier payments according to established procedures.
6. pricing setup and modifications within the system as product leader back up.
7. coordinate exhibitions and events associated with brand positioning activities.
8. design "customer intimacy" strategies to reinforce customer relationships and build long-term loyalty.
9. support the business in developing and delivering the brand value proposition.
10. ensure business participation in public forums to consolidate brand image (forums, trade shows, distributor meetings, etc.).
11. manage reports, tools, and platforms for business intelligence.
12. manage and develop digital content for the brand in collaboration with the marketing agency.
13. maintain and update the powder website within the mexico microsite.
