your mission
deliver the highest level of service to puma customers within a retail store to achieve or exceed sales and kpi goals.
your talent
* ensure consistent individual performance, achieving or exceeding sales, kpis, and profitability targets through effective customer service.
* maintain high standards of customer service within the store, aligning with puma values and service standards.
* complete all required training, both local and global, to drive in-store sales.
* support and participate in programs, training, and loss prevention awareness initiatives.
* be responsible for loss prevention and store operations.
* participate in store opening or closing procedures; travel may be required.
* maintain store physical conditions according to guidelines and communicate maintenance needs to the store manager promptly.
* adhere to policies & procedures, operational competencies, and key responsibilities.
* work non-traditional hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays; overtime may be required.
requirements
* one to two years of experience focused on customer service in a retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with proven results.
* proven ability to exceed sales goals (experience with commission-based roles), demonstrate high levels of service, handle complex situations, communicate effectively, and present information to large groups.
