manpower is hiring an junior fp&a analyst based in mexico city.
this role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across north america. You will develop financial models, generate insights for decision-making, and drive process improvements through automation and standardization initiatives.
key responsibilities
* build and maintain financial models to forecast performance and analyze results
* support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
* partner with finance business partners to deliver insights and recommendations
* prepare financial reports and presentations for management
* identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decisions
* contribute to pricing, product, and business initiatives
* participate in month-end close and ensure reporting accuracy
* drive reporting automation and process improvements (power bi, copilot, pbcs)
* ensure compliance with financial policies and controls
* support fp&a transitions and contribute to a center of excellence
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
* 1+ years of experience in fp&a, accounting, or operational finance
* strong financial modeling and analytical skills
* experience with power bi, pbcs, or hfm (preferred)
* understanding of financial processes, controls, and reporting tools
* strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* ability to work across regions and manage multiple priorities
