as graphics commercialization sr supervisor your scope would consist of leading and support the artwork approval process and graphics commercialization pmf manager to follow the agenda/initiatives for all types of projects such as: revenue management/packprice, pwp (performance with purpose), value engineering, promotions and supply chain.
*responsibilities*:
- support different internal teams to achieve initiatives on time by graphics commercialization process and monthly review of their performance.
- assure 100% projects planning (graphics/artwork plan), follow up, and management.
including implementation and execution.
- assure project status weekly reports and task compliance status for multifunctional teams.
- lead weekly pmf graphics commercialization meeting with multifunctional teams
- assure a constant alignment with the business needs such as: agile mindset, speed to grow, great5.
etc.
- generate portfolio management reports and artworks dashbord.
ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in graphics plan including key deliverables in order to comply with latam monthly audits.
- fullfill the compliance of annual kpis including s2m and on time launches.
- effectively interact with mid senior management level and directors across a complex matrix of geographies, categories & functions, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment and conflict resolution that are part of graphics process.
qualifications:

*bachelor degree on graphic design or industrial desired, (packaging knowledge desired)- project management knowledge: office + design software (adobe illustrator, photoshop, etc.) + ms project (is a plus)scrum (is a plus)- languages: spanish and english fluent- experience in similar area of a consumer goods company 4-5 years- knowledge and management of printing process (flexo, extended gamut, offset, gravure)- knowledge in packaging design and materials- knowledge and practice in approvals multifunctional programs (blue, trident, wave,esko & more)- knowledge in product development-
- experience with regulatory affairs requirements for product labelling- design knowledge and adobe tools
