Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, (mba is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience, preferably at a multi-national company
- background in financial function in ems / automotive industry
- fluent english skills
- fluency in microsoft office suite (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint, etc.)
- excellent knowledge and technical skills in financial and management accounting (forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, p&l).
- excellent problem-solving ability, solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
- hands-on: a strategic thinker who dives down into operations and execution.
- experience with large erp systems (sap)
- proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performance teams
responsibilities
- drive the financial planning & forecasting process to achieve business goals (fy plan, budgets).
- work alongside the financial team, to produce monthly p&l reports that provide financial insights and variance analysis on monthly results vs forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- multiple financial scenarios: p&l, taxes, logistics, investments, overheads, and others, performing financial analysis to support key business decisions.
- manages risk and opportunities to deliver the business plan and influences business partners to make the right decisions.
- support accounting and tax processes by providing complete financial information.
- new business analysis to support decision-making.
- provide executive management with insights into drivers of the business and financial performance and risk.
- sales & cost analysis
- attention to external and internal audits.
- monitor key performance indicators (kpis) and operational metrics to evaluate performance against targets.
- monitor and manage operational costs to achieve efficiency and cost reduction while maintaining quality.
