your primary purpose is to lead the hr ops teams in guadalajara 1 site to develop and effectively execute administrative human resources functions to support the company in achieving business goals.
You wil be supervising *:hr operations-related functions*through internal and external contacts. *internal*:all levels across molex guad 1 and hr organization. *external*:labor authorities, attorneys, vendors, consultants, external agencies, etc.

*what you will do*:
- work closely with plant/department leaders to understand business strategy; transform business strategy into hr strategy and provide customized hr solutions and services to support business goals.
- lead continuous improvement, change and transformation in the hr functions.
- develop collaborative relationships with other members of the hr solutions/leverage capability teams across mexico, noth america, and globally.
- oversee direct labor recruitment, selection & onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of contribution-motivated individuals.
- manage time & attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- administer compensation & benefits programs to assure molex remains competitive in the marketplace from a total compensation standpoint.
- provides guidance to handle labor and employment relations to address and resolve workplace issues (grievances, discipline, investigations, relationships with the union, cba negotiations, etc.).
- coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- responsible for employee communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
- provides employee mobility support to assist with relocations and other mobility needs.
- monitor and enhance employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- oversee employee services such as canteen and transportation to ensure employee satisfaction and well-being.
- utilize data and analytics to support business decision-making.

Who you are (basic qualifications):
- bachelor's degree / professional qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in a sr hr managerial position or managerial role in operations (manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, etc.) with multinational manufacturing industry.
- expertise in managing hr operations and strategic alignment with business goals.
- strong leadership skills to drive change and improve hr functions.
