about the team:
as an executive assistant to the plant manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support, acting as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners. You will contribute to efficient plant operations by managing information flow, coordinating logistics, and supporting executive-level activities. This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives and high-level interactions across the organization.
what you can look forward to as executive assistant:
- manage the plant manager's agenda, calendar, and meeting coordination, while handling confidential information, including legal, corporate, and business documentation.
- coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, and expenses).
- support internal and external communications across departments.
- serve as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- provide executive support related to public relations activities, presentations, educational institutions, events, and media interactions.
- track and report business and personal expenses, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
- coordinate company vehicle management and related administrative processes.
- administrate the raise your hand initiative within the plant.
your profile as executive assistant:
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or executive roles.
- experience in general services is preferred (transport, cleaning, security, etc.)
- strong organizational and time management skills.
- ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- fluent english proficiency 80% (spoken and written).
- proactive, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- ability to work collaboratively and effectively under pressure.
- high level of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability.
