major accountabilities
1. provide analytical support to managers in matters related to fra activities, decision making, and general projects.
2. assist more senior colleagues in providing analysis to support financial, reporting, and accounting processes.
3. contribute to the preparation of analysis and reports with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data (e.g., profit and loss activity).
4. support the preparation of reports on relevant facts and figures for internal and external reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
5. assist in preparing written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations.
6. maintain accurate and timely fixed asset information in the register and support the general ledger as needed.
7. support finance projects at country or bu level.
8. report technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.
9. distribute marketing samples where applicable.
key performance indicators
internal customer satisfaction with the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses; customer satisfaction with service delivery and process-specific kpis aligned with slas.
minimum requirements
work experience: operations management and execution.
skills: ability to influence stakeholders, build effective teams, critical thinking, effective communication, financial accounting, management reporting, people development, process optimization, resource allocation, understanding value drivers.
languages: english and portuguese.
