*role overview*
*key responsibilities*
- manage day-to-day operations of the call center floor *+ agents).
- drive sales performance through coaching, training, and real-time feedback.
- monitor metrics: conversion rates, lead handling, talk time, and closing rates.
- implement scripts, objection-handling strategies, and proven sales systems.
- motivate the team with incentives, energy, and leadership presence.
- report daily results to upper management and adjust strategies as needed.
- ensure attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
*qualifications*
- minimum *3 years of proven experience* managing call center sales teams.
- track record of *exceeding sales targets* in phone-based environments.
- strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- fluent in *spanish*; english proficiency a plus.
- hands-on mentality with the ability to control a sales floor.
- knowledge of crms, dialers, and sales kpis.
