Customer service representative
qualifications:
- previous experience in a direct customer contact position is preferred.
- customer service orientation; energetic and outgoing personality.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally, effectively and with empathy in potentially difficult circumstances.
- multitasking skills and the detail-oriented focus required for a fast-paced environment.
- basic pc knowledge, working knowledge of windows operating systems, internet and mainstream web browsers.
- bilingual - english/spanish a plus.
Shift:
training 8:00am to 4:00pm (1-2 weeks)
monday to friday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm (nine-hour shift, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.))
Salary and benefits:
- monthly base salary $16000
- monthly gross performance bonus up to $5,100 metrics based on intakes and perfect attendance to be elegible.
- bonus will be payed once a month.
- $1500 food stamps (employee needs to start at least the 5th day of - the month to receive payment the following month)
- 4% savings stamps
- 15 days christmas bonus (increases 1 day per year, up to 21 days)
- all other law benefits: vacations, imss, profit share
