Your core responsibilities include devising a robust email marketing strategy, crafting engaging nurturing campaigns, and leveraging hubspot for seamless implementation. You'll play a pivotal role in understanding and mapping the customer journey, offering insights to enhance it. Additionally, you're expected to handle key tasks that drive our email marketing efforts. Job tasks : crafting a comprehensive email marketing strategy tailored to our business goals. Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices. Segmenting audiences to ensure targeted and personalized communication. Email campaign management designing and executing engaging email nurturing campaigns. Creating a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication. A/b testing for optimizing subject lines, content, and design. Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments. Hubspot management leveraging hubspot for campaign implementation and management. Automating email sequences to improve efficiency and response rates. Managing contact lists and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Customer journey analysis mapping and understanding the customer journey to identify key touchpoints. Analyzing customer interactions and feedback to refine the email marketing approach. Collaborating with recruitment and customer success teams to align email strategies with customer needs. Email content creation collaborating with copywriters to create relevant content for various email formats. Collaborating with designers to create visually appealing email templates. Ensuring all email content aligns with our brand voice and messaging. Reporting & analysis tracking key performance indicators (kpis) like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Preparing regular reports to provide insights on email campaign effectiveness. Suggesting and implementing improvements based on performance data. Working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy. Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas. Staying updated with other marketing initiatives to ensure alignment and synergy. Responsibilities: strategizing: develop and implement a robust email marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to integrate industry trends and best practices. Campaign execution: design and manage engaging email campaigns. Perform a/b testing to optimize performance. Analyze campaign results to refine strategies. Hubspot proficiency: use hubspot effectively for campaign execution, automation, and contact list management, ensuring data protection compliance. Customer journey analysis: understand and analyze the customer journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with customer insights. Content creation: collaborate with copywriters to create content for emails, maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with designers for visually appealing templates. Performance monitoring : track and report key metrics. Use insights to drive continuous improvement in email marketing efforts. Team collaboration: work closely with different departments, ensuring integrated marketing efforts and contributing to team learning. Required skills: 3 years of experience as an email marketing strategist or having been involved in teams where email marketing was the core. 2 years of experience using hubspot solutions-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective time management skills, including multitasking and prioritization. Preferred skills (not required) ideally, experience using project management software (we use infinity). Ideally, experience using the google workspace admin portal for full management.
