Responsibilities
* provides network operations support for small / medium projects.
* works with network operations team members to interpret client and business needs and translate them into business, application, system, technical and operational requirements.
* develops system requirements, including process flows and use cases.
* determines impact on existing applications and databases based on requirements.
* works with technical colleagues to ensure all requirements are addressed in solution design.
* coordinates the testing of new features and bug fixes, developing test cases and plans and performing user acceptance testing.
* works with development teams to complete implementations / enhancements with minimal impact to clients.
* performs troubleshooting of technical and business processes.
* participates in peer review of solution design documentation.
* reviews vendor documents to determine if vendor solutions meet company requirements.
* identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies in analytical procedure or cross‑functional methods.
qualifications
* networking & security protocols:
o experience with network devices, cisco and cisco meraki.
* technical competencies:
o proficient in cloud and network security platforms like solarwinds, servicenow, infoblox, etc.
o strong knowledge in network monitoring tools and optimization techniques.
o familiarity with it service management frameworks (e.g., itil).
o experience in handling data center, noc, and soc environments.
* certifications:
o ccna or ccnp.
