**What will you do?**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager II to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for managing a few actual customers but mainly developing new clients in the North region of the country, promoting our technological solutions in security, artificial intelligence, and access control.
**How will you do it?**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Expand the current client portfolio in the assigned region.
- Promote technological solutions such as CCTV, access control, artificial intelligence, and RFID.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate sales closing processes.
- Maintain updated client and opportunity information in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technological security solutions.
- Proven knowledge in selling CCTV, access control, AI, and RFID.
- Desirable experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
- Intermediate to advanced English (ability to hold technical and commercial conversations).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with mid
- and high-level corporate clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives.
- Willing to learn new skills and technologies by leading interdisciplinary project.
