we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development manager ii to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for managing a few actual customers but mainly developing new clients in the north region of the country, promoting our technological solutions in security, artificial intelligence, and access control.
*how will you do it?*
- identify and develop new business opportunities.
- expand the current client portfolio in the assigned region.
- promote technological solutions such as cctv, access control, artificial intelligence, and rfid.
- meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- conduct regular field visits to clients.
- prepare commercial proposals and coordinate sales closing processes.
- maintain updated client and opportunity information in salesforce.
- collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
*what are we looking for?*
- bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, information technology, or related field.
- minimum 3 years of experience in b2b sales, preferably in technological security solutions.
- proven knowledge in selling cctv, access control, ai, and rfid.
- desirable experience with salesforce or other crms.
- intermediate to advanced english (ability to hold technical and commercial conversations).
- excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with mid
- and high-level corporate clients.
- ability to work under pressure and meet objectives.
- willing to learn new skills and technologies by leading interdisciplinary project.
