key responsibilities:
1. be experts in production delivery control, quality assurance, people management, and line balancing.
2. support the manager in building and optimizing the production internal management system.
3. manage production costs, including wip, headcount, overtime, scrap, etc., to meet team targets.
4. understand operational constraints and provide solutions to resolve them.
5. implement preventative operational improvement activities based on actual data in collaboration with relevant teams.
6. manage team members to adhere to company policies and rules, maintaining good morale and discipline.
7. maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring all subordinates follow safety and security guidelines to prevent accidents.
8. evaluate team members’ performance and provide suggestions or solutions for improvement.
9. collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
skills you must bring with you
1. an engineering degree is required, with a strong knowledge base and practical skills.
2. at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, with experience leading a team.
3. proficiency in written and spoken english.
4. familiarity with production management, process distribution, and extensive experience in on-time delivery, quality improvement, and assembly operations.
5. willingness to learn and develop, self-driven, motivated, with a high level of initiative.
6. excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
