In this position, you will learn managing, administering, and optimizing our customer support tools. You will also take a look in the performance reporting, process management, and contract management. As the primary contact point for emergency customer service requests, you will learn how to use skill and experience to validate contracts, establish communication channels, assemble emergency response teams, initiate tickets, and provide vital language assistance. In addition, you will engage in hardware material management, contributing to an integral part of our operation.*what you will do*:• keep customer installed base, license information, and network configuration data updated in cs tools. • manage emergency registration and data collection, including assembling recovery teams. • initiate emergency notifications and set up necessary communication channels.
