(objective)*
administers the complete payroll process for all levels.
the employee must conduct their work activities in compliance with all thermo fisher internal requirements and with all applicable regulatory requirements (labor law, ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements and objectives).
*what will you do?
(responsibilities)
- performs the bi-monthly payroll process.
- process absence requests
- generates the corresponding local, legal and corporate reports as needed: headcount, vacations and special permits.
- provides employee payroll services at level.
- taxes knowledge
- procedures in government entities
- perform other duties as assigned.

*career: industrial / business administration/ economy, human resources or similar.

*experience (technical knowledge/experience)*
- bachelor or technical' s degree in business administration (accounting,or finance, hr).
- 3 years of related experience in payroll.
- knowledge and understanding of labor and taxes law.

- mathematical skills.
- ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and work independently.
- computer skills: work with data processing.
use ms office.
- ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with many levels of employees of various disciplines within various departments and all other internal and external contacts.

- ability to accurately perform detail oriented work.
- english basic.
- ability to maintain accuracy, consistency and quality in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
