This role is responsible for executing day‐to‐day order to cash (o2c) activities, including credit management, collections, and dispute resolution. The specialist will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensure timely payments, support customers, and collaborate with internal cross‐functional teams. Responsibilities • monitor aged receivables and perform customer outreach for past‐due payments. • maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. • provide regular updates on portfolio health and risk. • support and resolve customer disputes; escalate when required. • assist with escalated issues and oversee end‐to‐end billing activities. • conduct customer credit assessments and re‐assessments. • evaluate creditworthiness and payment behavior. • partner with internal departments to ensure timely collections and dispute resolution. • contribute to the accuracy and maintenance of o2c processes and procedures. • adhere to o2c policies, controls, and compliance requirements. • support internal and external audits. • participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned. Requirements • bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field. • experience in o2c processes with customer‐facing responsibilities. • understanding of basic accounting principles and how o2c impacts working capital. • knowledge of internal controls and compliance best practices. • solid understanding of credit management, including interpreting credit reports and financial statements. • experience with erp systems (oracle or similar) is a plus. • experience in shared services or multinational environments is a plus. • english: advanced.
