Position Title: Solution Test Manager

Department: Agile Operations

Location: Remote US or MX

One, Inc is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Solution Test Manager to join our dynamic team. The Solution Test Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our testing processes and procedures. This position requires a professional who can effectively manage multiple testing solutions simultaneously, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all testing activities associated with those solutions are executed according to established standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test planning, execution, and reporting, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans, coordinating testing schedules, and ensuring that all testing activities are properly documented and reported. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product managers, technical product managers, scrum masters, developers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements, resolve issues, and ensure the successful completion of end to end solution testing.

As a Solution Test Manager, you will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools, and proactively recommend improvements to our testing strategies and practices. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on solution testing progress, identify potential risks and issues, and propose solutions to mitigate these risks. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, and for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all testing activities.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during testing. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative and independence, while also working effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.

In addition to technical expertise, the Solution Test Manager must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be expected to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners, and to effectively manage expectations and deliverables. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive solution test plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and oversee end to end solution testing activities across multiple platforms and with external parties.
- Collaborate with release train engineers, scrum masters, product managers, technical product managers, developers, QA, and 3rd parties to identify testing requirements.
- Monitor and report on solution testing progress, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of solution testing activities and results.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (or commiserate experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test coordination or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple solutions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with test management software and tools.
