position overview:

we're looking for a customer service representative fluent in spanish to support users remotely with issues related to telecommunications, such as mobile device settings, connectivity, and general tech support.

this is a fully remote role for applicants based in mexico.


responsibilities:

* respond to incoming messages, calls, and emails from spanish-speaking users.
* assist customers with questions related to phone plans, data issues, mobile settings, or connectivity.
* troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide users step-by-step.
* escalate complex technical issues to support teams when necessary.
* keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
* maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented tone at all times.


requirements:

* fluent in spanish (written and spoken) – native level required.
* 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environment.
* basic knowledge of mobile devices, wi-fi, android/ios settings, or phone configurations.
* stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
* strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.


preferred qualifications:

* basic to intermediate english skills.
* previous experience supporting users in telecom, tech, or mobile service roles.
* familiarity with crm tools or support platforms.
