Overview
as an amo tech mechanic ii, you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro‑mechanical assemblies. You will assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non‑conforming equipment while partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver the best services to clients.
responsibilities
* troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro‑mechanical assemblies.
* assist in reworking and repairing als equipment.
* perform complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
* identify and communicate technical problems using logical troubleshooting techniques.
* coach other technicians in areas of proven competence.
* comply with hs&e policies and procedures.
* ensure compliance with competencies program and training assignments.
* use the latest version of each plant format (route sheets, quality plans, release records, materials lists) and guarantee precision and objectivity of information obtained in each workshop activity.
* notify the quality department of any deviation and non‑conformity found in any process.
* use calibrated tools and instruments according to each activity, and execute minor maintenance assigned to each area.
qualifications
* close to graduating or hold a bachelor's degree in engineering: petroleum, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, mechatronics or related.
* at least one year of experience in maintenance process.
* demonstrate good technical and mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
* team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* proficient in english communication.
