responsibilities:
* monitor and control absenteeism levels within the organization
* conduct audits with clients to ensure compliance with regulations
* approve employee incidents, prepare and review bonuses and categories
* analyze and control employee turnover rates
* develop and implement effective human resources strategies, policies, and best practices
* promote a corporate culture that retains talent
* investigate labor cases in accordance with established procedures
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
* minimum 2 years of experience in hr
* fluent conversational english
* knowledge of labor law and relevant regulations
* proficiency in office software packages
* strong personality traits such as teamwork, communication, analytical skills, initiative, proactivity, negotiation, and empathy
