• lead the commercial strategy for the pharmaceutical segment

• collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality and finance teams
• monitor performance through sales and profitability kpis
what we are looking for
• 5+ years of commercial experience in manufacturing environments
• experience working with
pharmaceutical clients
• background in
packaging, plastics, or related industrial sectors preferred
• experience leading commercial teams or managing strategic accounts
• strong negotiation and strategic relationship management skills
•
fluent english required
