the ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in leading cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing sales organization, fostering a performance-driven culture and driving commercial initiatives.
you will also be responsible for expanding wholesale business through territory models, increasing penetration into small and independent retailers while scaling growth with strategic accounts. Additionally, you will develop and execute business plans for all current and prospect accounts, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
a key aspect of this role is to lead high-level negotiations with key clients, sales agencies, retail partners, and sport leagues/teams. You will identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across wholesale, multi-brand, and digital channels.
monitor and analyze performance indicators (kpis) such as revenue growth, profitability, market share, and sell-through. Research and establish commercial policies including pricing strategies, discount structures, payment terms, and delivery agreements.
partner and support with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial initiatives are fully integrated and executed effectively. Oversee collection launches, promotional campaigns, and participation in trade shows or industry events to drive brand visibility and sales.
provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to influence product development and assortment planning. Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
develop accurate sales forecasts, financial plans, and business reports for senior management. Ensure operational excellence in order management, delivery performance, and customer experience.
mitigate and manage crises or problems with customers at all levels, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong business relationships.
