Job title: supply chain manager
key responsibilities include procurement execution for transformer and new energy-related products. This role involves close coordination with production, suppliers, and finance to ensure material availability, quality, and timely payments in support of manufacturing operations.
1. execute purchase orders and contracts promptly based on approved requisitions.
2. follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in line with the production schedule.
3. communicate and resolve material quality issues, including handling returns and replacements.
4. prepare procurement payment plans and coordinate with finance for timely and accurate payments.
5. reconcile material receipts and invoices, track supplier billing, and ensure proper financial documentation.
6. monitor material delivery timelines to align with project milestones and production readiness.
* minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in procurement or supplier development.
* knowledge of electrical manufacturing materials, supplier resources, and industry pricing.
* familiarity with manufacturing processes and technical material requirements.
* strong skills in communication, coordination, and pressure management.
* fluent in spanish and proficient in english.
