key responsibilities
• assist and respond to internal and external queries on a timely a basis.
* reconcile statements of account.
* vendor relationship management.
* post invoices and follow up to actions needed to achieve invoice posting
* be responsible and manage the day-to-day activities.
* other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on business needs.
* report to ap team lead.
qualifications and skills
• strong communication skills; work with co-workers in multiple functions and locations
* problem-solving and analytical skills.
* understanding of purchasing and supply chain management.
* ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization.
* able to get buy-in and commitment from stakeholders.
* university degree required.
* conversational english (writing and speaking) english advanced
* intermediate to advanced skills with microsoft office (outlook, excel)
* preferred 1+ years' experience in an ap role, or sap knowledge
* experience with sap and servicenow is a significant plus.
* detailed and task oriented.
