we are seeking a *wedding sales manager* to drive new business, ensure a seamless experience for our couples, and strengthen our resort and vendor relationships.
this is a hybrid role combining *sales, client relationship management, and on-site resort engagement*.
*key responsibilities*
*1.
sales & lead management*
- identify new lead sources and creative opportunities to grow our client base.
- guide couples through our offerings, resort options, pricing, and packages to help them make confident decisions.
- follow up with leads to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure conversions.
*2.
couples experience & resort communication*
- act as the main point of contact between couples, resort wedding teams, and room block departments.
- manage all communications, logistics, and operations throughout the wedding planning process.
- create, track, and manage *room block contracts and financial agreements* for couples.
- proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional client satisfaction.
*3.
resort & vendor relationship development*
- build and maintain relationships with resort and vendor partners through consistent communication and on-site visits.
- conduct *site tours, tastings, and inspections* to gain firsthand experience of venues and services.
- capture *photo and video content* during visits for the marketing and social media teams.
*4.
brand representation & networking*
- represent wedding plan 360 professionally with all partners, clients, and vendors.
- act as a *brand ambassador*, promoting the company's reputation and strengthening its presence in the riviera maya region.
- collaborate with resorts and local partners to drive awareness and referrals.
- *previous experience working within a resort's weddings or room block department* (required).
- *experience at a travel agency specializing in destination weddings* (preferred).
- excellent *english communication skills* (written and verbal) are *required*.
- strong organizational and customer service abilities with attention to detail.
- based in *quintana roo or nearby*, available for resort visits and occasional travel.
- self-motivated, proactive, and professional with a passion for weddings and hospitality.
