Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will manage executive administrative tasks, prepare and process expense reports, and provide direct support to executives. The idóneo candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and book hotels and restaurants
- Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to executives, including email management, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and sending follow-up emails
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
