Job Description
We are looking for a Go-To Market Specialist
Key Job Responsabilities
- GTM Strategy Development & Execution
. Plan and execute GTM strategies for new mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories).
. Define product positioning, target customer segments, pricing strategy, and value proposition.
. Manage pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases across integral markets.
- Market & Customer Analysis
. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark against global mobile players.
. Analyze customer insights, sales channel data, and regional market dynamics.
. Develop localized GTM strategies tailored to Mexico market
- Sales & Marketing Enablement
. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotions, campaigns, and channel strategies.
. Work closely with telecom operators, retail, and e-commerce partners to maximize sales impact.
. Develop sell-out platform, sell-out strategy
. Guide a training materials to field team
. Making GTM presentation.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
. Monitor KPIs including sales volume, ASP, market share, and NPS.
. Provide actionable insights and optimization plans to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or business development in the mobile device industry
- Proven track record of global product launches and localization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
