We are seeking a proactive and highly engaged bookkeeper/accountant with excellent administrative skills to join our team full-time (9-5 est or pst). You will be responsible for managing the books for our mobile home parks and several other income-producing real estate businesses based in the us. This is full-time.
*key responsibilities*:
- manage bookkeeping with expertise in quickbooks or similar software
- pay bills, track rents, and prepare financial reports
- prepare and file notices for on-site managers
- handle bookkeeping for multiple businesses
- manage incoming mail, filing, and document organization
- prepare and manage documents in.pdf format, including compiling and organizing reports
- be flexible and take on additional administrative duties as needed to support daily operations
*requirements*:
- expert proficiency in quickbooks or a similar software
- advenced english level
- strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to coordinate with managers and team members
- advanced skills in microsoft office (word, excel) and google suite (docs, sheets, drive)
- experience with.pdf management and document preparation
- attention to detail to ensure accurate bookkeeping and record-keeping
- time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
- reliable computer and stable internet connection
- experience managing books for real estate businesses is a plus
this is a full-time position; part-time applicants will not be considered.
pay: $16,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
