responsible for leading the organization’s technological and digital strategy, focusing on optimizing operational processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency through the integration of innovative technologies. This role is key to driving digital transformation within the plant and ensuring that the technological infrastructure supports the company’s strategic business objectives.

enhance operational efficiency, boost productivity, and optimize manufacturing processes by developing and implementing information technology strategies that are guided by kgs dt global strategy. Ensure that local it initiatives and solutions are aligned with global objectives and standards, leveraging advanced technologies to drive consistency and innovation across all operations. Define and support the plant’s hardware architecture, network, and voice/data communication devices in accordance with global guidelines, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility within the broader organizational framework.

* coordinate with vendors, integrators, and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of technology projects.
* manage the it and dt budget, optimizing resource allocation.
* ensure compliance with eh&s guidelines
* ensure the proper operation of the erp system
* guide the plant in adopting technologies and tools to standardize systems with corporate standards.
position profile
specialization: bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in computer systems, information technology, or a related field
experience: minimum of 6-8 years of experience in it, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in project management
technical skills
* experience with mes and erp systems
* knowledge of industry 4.0 technologies
* agile methodologies (scrum, kanban) and project management
soft skills
* effective leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
* excellent communication and negotiation skills
* results-oriented with strong strategic thinking
* ability to manage change and promote innovation
